It’s Monday, and we have less than a week until our first Olympic WeightLifting Class this Saturday morning at 9am! You don’t have to sign up for this class, you just have to show up. But you can sign up as well so we know how many people we have to deal with and organize.

This class time was chosen by the masses of KSCF members. It is open to all interested participants who would like to further their weightlifting knowledge. The first 4-weeks are designed to further every individuals base of knowledge with each Olympic lifting pattern.
